Hermès Cut: Geometry Meets Sky

October 2025

Hermès Cut: Geometry Meets Sky

The latest Hermès Cut watch embraces minimalist geometry with a fresh azure dial inspired by the open sky. Housed in a 36 mm steel case with alternating finishes, it features rhodium-plated luminescent hands, a crown positioned between 1 and 2 o’clock, and the Manufacture H1912 movement. Enhanced by an interchangeable strap system - including a new misty blue rubber option - this timepiece blends bold design with everyday versatility.

einterpreting a simple geometric shape, the centre of the Hermès Cut watch features the azure freshness of the sky, highlighted by a matching strap.

Bold strokes, accurate touches, sharp lines: the hand paves the way for geometric expression on the material to be shaped, creating angles that catch the light, tracing chamfers to surprise the touch and epitomising a new visual balance. Enriched by this graphic freedom, the Hermès Cut line invents its own distinctive temporal architecture.

Unveiled in 2024, it is inspired by the simple, timeless and contemporary shape created by the deft artisan who uncompromisingly cuts into the metal to create a circle inside a round shape. Its minimalist look and ergonomics conceal an all-terrain spirit ready for everyday adventures. Wearing comfort is enhanced by the crown’s position between 1 and 2 o’clock.

Hermès Cut: Geometry Meets Sky

Hermès Cut now features a new dial colour borrowed from the airy shades of the sky, enhanced by a round bezel in polished steel or set with 56 diamonds. At the centre, rhodium- plated luminescent hands – including a seconds hand punctuated with an orange dot – sweep over a circle of embossed Arabic numerals in a unique font and a minutes track inscribed on a satin-brushsed ring.

Its 36 mm-diameter steel case features a generous curve composed of volumes accentuated by the alternating polished and brushed finishes on the various surfaces. It houses the Manufacture Hermès H1912 movement.

The versatile nature of the Hermès Cut watch is based on the interchangeable wristband system serving to personalise it by playing on materials and colours. In just a few moments, depending on your mood, you can switch from a metal link bracelet to a textured rubber strap in a wide range of shades. The latter comes in a misty blue harmoniously matching the new azure dial.
