lexander Shorokhoff presents the Emotio Due, an automatic watch that may seem unassuming at first glance but is packed with features. This new model embodies technical innovations in a modern design execution. This creates a beautiful contrast: a modern dial within a classic stainless steel case with intriguing functions.

The dial design of the Emotio Due offers numerous remarkable details. Although the embossed avant-garde pattern remains subtle in the background, it is still clearly visible, giving the dial an extraordinary aesthetic. At the centre, a wave-like pattern stands out from the rest of the design and forms the focal point for the most important design elements: the prominent number 60, unusually placed at the 9 o’clock position, the decentralised second hand, and the brand logo. On closer inspection of the decentralised second hand, it becomes apparent that the zero position of the seconds is not at the usual 12 o’clock position, but about 15 seconds to the left.

The two subdials made of mother-of-pearl give the watch its name. The upper subdial, designed in light mother-of-pearl, displays the date, while the lower subdial shows the power reserve in various mother-of-pearl colours. The contrasting hands with black decorative lines seamlessly complement the overall design. The hour markers, crafted from high-quality applique elements, integrate harmoniously into the watch’s aesthetic.

At first glance, the watch may seem unassuming, but upon closer inspection, numerous emotionally appealing details are revealed, designed with great attention to detail and creativity, creating a special fascination.

The case of the Emotio Due is a complete new development. With a diameter of 42 mm, it is remarkably thin for a hand-engraved automatic movement of the caliber STP12-1. The rounded design of the case and pushers gives the watch an elegant and modern aesthetic. The front glass has also been innovatively developed. Unlike conventional domed sapphire crystals, this model features a cylindrical glass, which adds an interesting contrast to the flat look of the case.

The watch is available in two colour variations: one with a silver-toned dial paired with a high-quality calf leather strap, and the other in an elegant emerald green, complemented by a luxurious crocodile leather strap – both perfectly matched to the model’s avant-garde yet elegant design.
