To benefit from his strategic vision and deep operational knowledge, Mr Eggen will join the Board of Directors of Manufacture La Joux-Perret. He will also serve on the Boards of Directors of the Swiss watch brands of Citizen Watch Group: Arnold & Son and Angelus on the one hand, and Frédérique Constant and Alpina on the other.
To succeed him as CEO of Manufacture La Joux-Perret and to continue the growth momentum initiated in recent years, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr Cyrille Chatel, effective April 1, 2026.
An engineer by training and holder of an MBA, he has held senior positions at leading watchmaking houses and manufactures such as Cartier and TAG Heuer. With extensive experience in the watch industry, Mr Chatel joined Manufacture La Joux-Perret in 2024 as COO. Since his arrival, he has notably strengthened the Manufacture’s industrial capabilities, optimised processes, and developed strategic partnerships, thereby enhancing the company’s performance and competitiveness.
The Board of Directors expresses its full confidence in Mr Cyrille Chatel to lead Manufacture La Joux-Perret into a new phase of its development, continuing the company’s ambition for sustainable growth, technological innovation, and manufacturing excellence.
