ince the launch of the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned programme in December 2022, customers have been able to purchase pre-owned Rolex watches that are at least three years old, directly authenticated and guaranteed by the brand.

Exclusive to the brand and available only at certain authorised points of sale, the programme allows for the purchase of pre-owned authenticated Rolex watches that have been serviced and granted a two-year guarantee. The Rolex Certified Pre-Owned programme also ensures that each watch is authentic and remains in its original configuration, without any alteration.

With the opening of the new Rolex Certified Pre-Owned lounge at Bucherer 1888’s flagship store on 45, rue du Rhône, visitors can experience the spirit of the brand, get an enhanced feel for the watches on display, and fully immerse themselves in the excellence and craftsmanship behind these timepieces.

Situated within the very heart of Geneva on the fourth floor of the Bucherer store, the new Rolex Certified Pre-Owned lounge, spanning over 90 sqm, features a design that showcases the character of Rolex and blends perfectly into the Bucherer boutique. Reflecting elegance and sophistication, the lounge welcomes visitors into a space that evokes the feel of a cozy living room. Distinctive touches reminiscent of a classy club add additional charm. These accents, the color combinations, and the overall design ensure that the lounge exudes its own signature character. Large windows provide the room with a bright, airy feel and offer customers the best views of Lake Geneva.

Highlights in the new Rolex Certified Pre-Owned lounge include mineral surfaces in polished marble in dark brown and beige tones as well as beige grooved surfaces made from reconstituted wood that match perfectly with the wooden flooring. The interplay of the high-quality materials and the carefully composed colour palette is inviting and compelling. In a nod to the manufacture’s origins, the fluted pattern of the surfaces has been inspired by the fluting found on watch bezels.
