Patek Philippe’s latest creation is an ultra-thin automatic model with an off-centre 22K gold mini rotor. It is housed in a yellow gold “Directoire” case with a sapphire back protected by a dust cover. The highly original design of its white porcelain dial features 7 Roman numerals in a circular arc inside a minute circle, and recessed indicators (power reserve, date/moon phases, and small seconds).
