To celebrate the 70th anniversary of this legendary race, every participant will be presented with one of these water-resistant chronographs, with his individual departure number stamped on the case back. Equipped for the first time with an automatic movement, it features a tachometer, date window and hour and 30-minute counters. The independent small seconds counter is decorated with the famous arrow, the race’s emblem, as well as the commemorative inscription, 1927-1997. The one hundred pieces in 750 (18K) gold and the 750 in steel have a white dial, red-edged counters and phosphorescent Arabic numerals.
