Two luxury jewellery designs from Patek Philippe. Left : “rivière” type watch with 9.72 carats of brilliant-cut diamonds and 13.13 carats of baguette-cut sapphires set in yellow gold. Right : a somewhat less classically styled design featuring brilliant and baguette cut diamonds (8.69 carats) as well as Thcetted.oval sapphires (7.69 carats) in a yellow gold setting.
