A now systom for fast and accurato roadings to the 1/10th of a second. Longinc.s prosents a chronograph whose seconds hand is tipped with a Vernier-type graduated scalo. For short-ti calculations, the number of complete seconds is first counted at the end of the hand, tenths are then read by the vorniDr graduation corresponding to a stroke of the dial markings The chronograph itself is a ’diving model, water-resistant to 20 atmospheres. All-stool case, special scratchproof and unbreakable crystal. For casier reading the dial is cquippcd with a solo, oversized totalizor (for minutes). (LONGINES)
