A forceful yet quiet presence, an innovative and structured octagonal case, avant-garde but no less refined techniques… the new Bulgari Octo Chronograph Quadri-Retro, Gérald Genta collection, is the perfect example of how, in watchmaking, opposites beautifully attract. Continuing in the same contemporary, sporting vein as the Octo Bi-Retro, launched in 2010 and awarded the 2010 Watch of the Year distinction by Switzerland’s Montres Passion magazine, this latest creation perpetuates a unique style, a signature, as well as a presence in the exclusive circle of fine watches. Crafted in steel and ceramic, this new timepiece has much to offer. Jumping hours are displayed in a large window at 12 o’clock. The retrograde minute hand travels over a 120° arc. The retrograde date is shown on a 180° arc at the bottom of the dial, framed by retrograde chronograph minute and hour counters at 3 and 9 o’clock.
