www.worldwatchweb.com - To celebrate its 125th anniversary, Saint Honoré has asked to CharlElie, an all-round artist, to create a unique “Photo-Graf”, second degree interpretation of mixed media work conceived as the meeting point between photographic reality and the subjective of the interior mystery formalized by painting, writing-graf.
From his work art is born a limited edition of 125 pieces numbered, called The Line.
The Line refers to the white lacquer line crossing the dial and evokes the roadsigns and markings of the streets of New-York, where he has lived since 2004. The dial painted in matt black and the square steel case with its black PVD finish refer to the black color of tarmac. The orange, CharlElie favourite color, highlights the crown engraved with the SH logo, and the hands. The case is mounted on a sophisticated strap in black crocodile leather, which fastens with a deployment clasp.
The Line will appeal to aesthetes, but also connoisseurs of the finest watch mechanisms: this timepiece can also be admired through the clear case-back displaying the ETA 2824 movement, with its pearly finish and diamante snailed decoration, oscillating weight with a “Côte de Genève” finish in black gold, the weight engraved with the name Saint Honoré and the SH logo.
Sold in a luxury box with a numbered plate, the watch The Line is available exclusively in the SAINT HONORE Parisian boutique at 326 rue Saint Honore.
