December 2009

www.worldwatchweb.com - You wouldn't think this would be the best time to introduce a $350,000 ultra-luxurious Swiss watch brand into the global market, but Céphée SA, based in Geneva, is more than a timepiece.

Céphée is launching two limited-production, high-end certified Swiss made watches called Ether and Cosmos which are both designed by one of Geneva's most renowned watchmakers, Christophe Golay.

Céphée, named after the diamond-shaped constellation Cepheus, is a collection of intense diamond timepieces utilizing exceptional quality, baguette cut diamonds in an invisible setting that combine the talents of master artisans of watch and jewelry making Cephee a new watch line in a class by itself. By melding cutting edge techniques with old world skills under the guidance of Golay, the collections of Céphée are utterly unique and only eight of each series will be created in 2010.

To guarantee the highest quality of this product, Céphée manufactures every aspect of these watches in their own workshop in Geneva. Every step of the process from design to diamonds setting is done in-house, to ensure the meticulous development of the most beautiful, complex watch.

Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Céphée shares its factory with Lamborghini at Route de Saint-Julien 184 1228 Plans-les-Ouates.
