Launched last October and recently inaugurated, the Centre de Formation dans le domaine de l'Horlogerie (CFH), a training centre for watchmaking, was an immediate success with companies. Recognized by CIFOM, the Centre interregional de formation des Montagnes neuchâteloises (Neuchâtel interregional training centre).

Founded in April 2008, the CFH was the outcome of a meeting between a watchmaker and a specialist in human resources who, besides their values, shared a common vision, namely to respond to training needs in the domain of watchmaking. Based in Plan-les-Ouates, right in the heart of the watchmaking industry, it has, since last October, introduced training courses specifically adapted to the market's needs. In collaboration with the CIFOM in la Chaux-de-Fonds, the CFH offers two training courses, one for control/quality and the other for fitting/casing.
