Citizen Watch Company of America has named Ron Luino its new vice president of operations and administration, reporting directly to Citizen President Laurence Grunstein.

Luino is charged with overseeing Citizen's warehouse and distribution facility in Torrance, Calif., according to a company release. He will also serve on the company's executive committee, and be responsible for customer relations, human resources departments and after-sales services and parts.

“We are very happy to welcome Ron to our company,” Grunstein said in Citizen's statement. “Ron brings to Citizen a wealth of experience, having worked in the watch industry for 25 years, and is committed to maintaining our high levels of service and customer care.”

Prior to joining Citizen, Luino served as executive vice president and chief financial office for the Seiko Corporation of America, where he served on the board of directors and oversaw all of the company's operational, finance and administration departments.
