Doxa: the new SUB 200 ready for summer

Now featuring a version with unidirectional rotating steel bezel and a polished insert, this update gives the watch a fresh brilliance – a brighter, more radiant and more contemporary take – that complements the historical sapphire bezel version in the line-up.

V

isually slimmer and more refined than sapphire, polished steel interacts with light in a distinctive way, creating a sophisticated contrast against the 42mm steel case and emphasising the watch’s versatility: equally at home in urban settings and seaside getaways.

With this new version, Doxa is adding to – not replacing – the sapphire bezel option. Vintage watch enthusiasts can of course continue to appreciate that retro vibe and timeless quality in the existing models with the sapphire bezel. Hard-wearing and scratch-resistant, it delivers a more traditional, technical look and is part of what made the SUB 200 so popular since its relaunch.

Launching in all eight Doxa colourways, on a rubber strap, the iconic stainless steel “beads of rice” bracelet, or a NATO strap for the Sea Emerald model, the new SUB 200 continues the tradition of combining timeless design, functionality, reliability and elegance at a very accessible price point. Today, with 16 new references joining the permanent SUB collection, the new SUB 200 takes its place in a prestigious lineage with over 50 years of innovation.

Polished steel brings a touch of freshness, brilliance and lightness that is almost graphic in quality, to subtly modernise the watch’s appearance without ever compromising its performance. By introducing a choice of two bezel finishes, Doxa demonstrates its commitment to evolving its collection while staying true to its DNA. It’s one and the same watch, now available in variations to match different tastes and personalities.
