he independent French watch brand Arilus presents its new creation: La Norma. A contemporary, lightweight, and robust timepiece inspired by the Alpine spirit and French watchmaking savoir-faire.
Available for pre-order on Kickstarter at the end of October, this collection embodies authentic, durable, and accessible luxury.
La Norma takes its name from a mountain in the Maurienne Valley, birthplace of French aluminum. Its design is inspired by parabolic curves — the elegant tracks left by a skier on fresh snow, fleeting lines turned into timeless signatures.
These fluid and natural forms translate into a clean, balanced design that combines simplicity with character.
With La Norma, Arilus takes a new step: offering a watch designed, manufactured, and assembled in France, powered by a Swiss quartz movement, at an accessible price (under €500). A timepiece created to appeal equally to design enthusiasts and lovers of nature and the mountains.
The La Norma project will launch on Kickstarter at the end of October 2025. Early supporters will benefit from a €350 early bird price, then €390 (instead of €490 retail). Delivery scheduled for spring 2026.
